The CoreProgram (Three Days)
Day One, based on Jerry Weissman’s international best-selling book, Presenting to Win: The Art of Telling Your Story, provides Story Development and Graphics Design techniques, and then applies them to build a specific presentation. The deliverable is the first draft of the presentation narrative and storyboard.
Day Two provides Delivery Skills techniques, with exercises and coaching using videotape analysis. The session also includes extensive video clips of famous and not-so-famous speakers. The end of this session is allocated to a review of the presentation as it has evolved during the intersession.
Day Three, based on Mr. Weissman’s book and companion DVD, In the Line of Fire: How to Handle Tough Questions…When it Counts, offers Question & Answer skills and practice. This day includes extensive video clips of tough Q&A sessions in the public arena, drawn from the DVD. This session concludes with a full, battle conditions run-through of the evolved presentation.
The core program accommodates up to four participants. During the sessions, all participants contribute to the target presentation, but each participant also develops and is coached on his or her own presentation.
This program is customized for one company preparing a target presentation such as a product launch, press tour, conference keynote, investor pitch, venture capital investment or private placement.

The Master Class (One Day)
The Master Class is a seminar version of the Story Development/Graphics Design session. It provides a cost effective approach for large affinity groups within one company or a diverse group of participants from multiple companies. In the Master Class, all the participants learn the same basic techniques, as in the Core program, but only a Master Student receives direct coaching. The Master Student serves as a role model for the other participants. The deliverable is the first draft of the presentation narrative and storyboard.

Two-Day Presenting to Win Workshop
Day #1: The Power Presenter This Session, based on Jerry Weissman's book of the same name, offers the seven steps of story development and techniques in how to control the fear of public speaking and present with poise, assurance and confidence. The skills include eye contact, body language, gestures, voice production, and cadence. They will be implemented by exercises, small group breakouts, live video-recording, and video analysis of famous speakers, among them John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and Barack Obama.
Day #2: How to Handle Tough Questions This workshop, based on Jerry Weissman's book, In the Line of Fire, offers techniques in how to handle tough questions. The techniques include: active listening, paraphrasing, addressing the central issue to the question, and adding value. These techniques will be implemented by exercises, small group breakouts, and video examples of famous Q&A sessions including presidential debates, press conferences, senate hearings, and television interviews.
